IDP Acceptance Guarantee – Or Your Money Back!

At International Licensing Authority, we stand behind the reliability of our International Driver’s Document (IDD). If your IDD is not accepted in a country listed on our Country Check tool, you’re eligible for a refund — excluding shipping and priority processing fees.

✅ Refund eligibility includes:

  • Rejection of your IDD by car rental companies, with valid proof.

  • Rejection by traffic authorities in supported countries, with official documentation.

📌 Note: Some countries accept only printed formats. Make sure you’ve selected the correct IDD version based on the country’s requirement.

Digital Delivery Guarantee – On Time or Free!

We guarantee delivery of your Digital IDD:

  • Within 24 hours for standard processing.

  • Within 10 minutes for express digital processing.

If we fail to deliver within the promised time and your application was complete and accurate, you’ll receive a full refund.

🚫 Not eligible if:

  • Your submitted photo is incorrect (e.g., blurry or wrong orientation).

  • Required license or personal details are missing.

  • Shipping or ID information is incomplete or invalid.

Unlimited Replacements – Stay Covered Throughout Validity

Your IDD is protected with unlimited replacements for the duration of its validity.

📦 We will reship to your original shipping address for $20 + standard shipping fees in the following cases:

  • Lost printed IDD booklet.

  • Undelivered items with tracking evidence.

  • All Digital IDD copies.

30-Day Refund Policy – Changed Your Mind?

You can cancel your order within 45 minutes for a full refund (excludes express processing orders).

⏳ After 45 minutes, a 15% handling and printing fee will apply.

❗ After 12 hours, printed orders are non-refundable as printing begins.

📩 If you’ve already received the digital copy, that portion will be deducted from your refund.

🛑 Not eligible for refund if:

  • You changed your mind or didn’t use the IDD.

  • Your digital copy has been delivered.

  • You no longer need the printed version after 12 hours.

  • No rejection proof is provided from traffic authorities or rental companies.

  • Express Processing Fees (non-reversible once initiated)

  • Digital Only Orders (once delivered via email)
