  • Standard Processing: All complete applications are processed within 24 hours.

  • Urgent Processing: For expedited service, your application is processed within 5 minutes, and the digital copy is emailed directly to you upon approval.

📦 Printed IDD Delivery

  • Processing Time: Printed IDDs are prepared and dispatched within 2 business days.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you within 5 business days (Monday to Friday).

  • Delivery Time Estimates:

    • FedEx / DHL / UPS: Delivery in up to 7 business days (cost varies by location).

    • Standard Postal Service: Delivery in up to 25 business days (timing and cost vary by country).

You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order is shipped. While we do our best to assist with delivery concerns, please note that shipping inquiries should first be directed to the carrier, as their tracking systems provide the most current updates.
